TapSnap University is held in Vancouver Canada, where new TapSnap business owners get to go through a comprehensive educational program to learn how to most effectively employ and enjoy their new business.
Day 1:
Operations and Assembly: Students first learn the ins and outs of operations, from set up and take down to the graphics technology that makes TapSnap so unique.
Day 2:
Business 101: Students learn a blend of marketing and sales techniques to support the launch and continued development.
Day 3:
Practical Application of TapSnap Theory: Students put their knowledge to the test in training events and quizzes simulating real world situations.
The January session also welcomed Jose Areizaga as a guest speaker, who works as an operations manager for Franchisee Ryan Wooly. He has shared his business strategies from Sales & Marketing, business operations to customer services with students.
